Nature’s Bites Shipping Policy

At Nature’s Bites, we aim to pack and dispatch your dried fruit and natural food products quickly and carefully, so they arrive fresh and in excellent condition.


Order Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 1:00pm (UK time) on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays) are normally dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

During peak periods, promotions, or busy seasons, dispatch times may vary slightly. If there is an unexpected delay, we’ll keep you informed.


Delivery Services

We use trusted courier partners to deliver orders within the UK and, where available, internationally.

  • Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service.

  • All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order.
Nature’s Bites cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, additional postage fees may apply to resend the order.


Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at sales@naturesbites.co.uk as soon as possible.

We may ask for photos of the packaging or products to help resolve the issue efficiently.


Food Safety & Delivery Responsibility

All orders are packed with care to maintain freshness and quality during transit.
Once your order has been delivered, responsibility for correct storage lies with the customer.
